The Roman Glow Chefs knife is a subtle mix of old&new. The handle material is 2000 year old Roman Oak wood, with a small line of glow-in-the-dark in the middle.
This special wood has been used by the Romans to make water wells around 2000 years ago! It has recently been discovered in Veldhoven, a village in the south of the Netherlands.
